| 摘 要： | 目的：观察大椎穴温针灸结合手法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效。方法：治疗组32例采用大椎穴温针灸结合手法治疗，对照组30例用电针夹脊穴治疗。每周治疗6次，12天为一疗程。治疗2个疗程后观察疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率93．75％，对照组80．00％，两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论：大椎穴温针灸结合手法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效明显。
