保定市临床护士工作压力源与健康状况的调查

目的了解保定市临床护士的工作压力源和健康状况，探讨二者之间的关系，识别工作压力的影响因素。方法应用中国护士工作压力源量表、康奈尔健康问卷对保定市临床护士进行问卷调查。结果主要工作压力来源是工作量及时间分配方面（2．45±0．67）分，其次是患者护理方面（2．38±0．68）分。保定市临床护士的健康状况一般，护士群体常感到疲劳、容易愤怒、抑郁和紧张。工作压力源各因子与健康水平之间呈正相关，相关系数最大的是工作量及时间分配和患者护理方面。婚姻状况、职称和科室是工作压力的影响因素（p〈Q05）。结论建议相关部门采取干预措施，减轻护士工作压力，以提高护理质量。

Investigation on job stressors and health status of clinical nurses in Baoding

Objective To evaluate job stressors and health status of clinical nurses in Baoding city, and explore the relationship between them and identify the influential factors related to working stress. Methods Chinese nurse's stressor scale and cornell health questionmaire were administered to assess participants' job stressors and health status. Results Workload and time allocation were the main job stressors, followed by patient nursing. Health status of clinical nurses in Baoding city were normal, they often felt fatigue, easy to anger, depression and tension.All factors of Chinese nurses stressor scale were positively related to health status. Marital status, professional title and department of job were influential factors of working stress. Conclusions Intervention measures should be taken to reduce clinical nurses' work stress and improve quality of nursing.
