摘    要:
目的:考察新型可生物降解聚酯材料聚(5-羟基三亚甲基碳酸酯-CO-三亚甲基碳酸酯)P(HTMC-CO-TMC)作为口服免疫避孕疫苗载体的可行性。方法:以BSA为模型蛋白,采用改进的复乳溶剂蒸发法制备含BSA的微球,表征微球的性能参数及其体外释放行为。结果:微球表面光滑,粒径均一,分布较窄,不同共聚组成聚合物的释放速率不同。结论:可通过调节新型可生物降解聚酯的共聚组成调节BSA的释放速率,该类新型可生物降解聚酯有望成为口服避孕疫苗的控制释放载体。

Abstract:
Objective: To evaluate the feasibility of novel biodegradable polyester Poly of 5-hydroxyl-trimethylene carbonate-co-trimethylene carbonate as the carriers of oral immunocontraceptive vaccines. Methods: Microspheres of PHTMC-co-TMC loaded model protein bovine serum albumin(BSA) were prepared by improved double emulsion solvent evaporation technique (W1/O/W2). The microsphere size and size distribution, drug loading amount and encapsulation efficiency and in vitro release behaviors were investigated. The effect of polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) concentration on the encapsulation efficiency was also investigated. Results: Microspheres with smooth surface and narrow size distribution were gained. The BSA release behaviors were different with different polymer composition. Conclusion: The BSA release rate can be adjusted by varying the composition of the novel biodegradable copolyesters. The novel biodegradable copolyesters maybe have the potential to be used as controlled release carriers of immunocontraceptive vaccines.
