布洛芬片粘冲问题的3种解决方法

摘    要:目的:通过工艺改进,解决布洛芬片粘冲问题.方法:采用二步制粒法、薄膜液制粒法、薄膜液二步制粒法3种新工艺,进行小样及中试,考察粘冲情况及质量数据.结果:3种新工艺均能解决压片过程中的粘冲难题,提高了成品率和一次合格率,保证了产品在有效期内完全符合质量标准.结论:3种新工艺在技术经济指标、产品质量及稳定性等方面均明显优于原工艺,对类似的低熔点、易粘冲品种,有一定借鉴作用.

Abstract:Objective: Through improving technique, to solve sticking and picking of ibuprofen tablets in production. Methods: To adopt two - steps making grains, film solution making grains and film solution two - steps making grains, and to inspect stiking, picking and quality of ibuprofen tablets. Results: Three methods solved the difficult problems of sticking and picking, guaranteed production normal to go on and enhanced quality level of ibuprofen tablets. Conclusion: Three kinds of methods are obviously superior to the original technique in such aspects as technical and economic index, product quality and stability. To similar low point and easy to stick and pick compounds, there is certain reference function.
