盐酸替罗非班对急性心肌梗死患者急诊经皮冠状动脉介入治疗中TIMI血流的影响

目的观察盐酸替罗非班对sT段抬高急性心肌梗死（STEMI）患者急诊经皮冠状动脉介入治疗（PCI）中T1MI血流的影响。方法选择急诊入院STEMI患者43例，随机分为盐酸替罗非班组23例和对照组20例。替罗非班组PCI术前开始应用盐酸替罗非班，持续泵入至术后36—48小时。对照组应用常规PCI。收集所有病例的临床和冠状动脉造影资料，观察PCI术前、术后TIMI血流情况。结果替罗非班组急诊PCI术后TIMI血流3级的发生率较对照组差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论替罗非班可改善STEMI患者梗死相关血管的TIMI血流。

The effects of tirofiban on TIMI flow in patients with acute myocardial infarction during emergency percutaneous coronary intervention

ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of Tirofiban on TIMI flow in patients with ST segment elevation acute myocardial infarction(STEMI) during emergency percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).MethodsForty-three patients with STEMI who underwent emergency PCI were randomly divided into Tirofiban group(n=23) and control group(n=20).Tirofiban was used in the former group before operation and continued for 36-48 hours after PCI.In the latter group,PCI was performed through routine process.The TIMI flow was observed angiographically before and after the operation.ResultsNinety-four percent patients in the Tirofiban group were recovered with TIMI 3 grade flow.In the control group eighty-nine percent patients restored TIMI 3 grade flow.The difference was found to be statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionTirofiban may improve TIMI flow in patients with STEMI during emergency PCI.
