| 摘 要： | 目的探索对格林-巴利（GBS）患者进行阶段性有效呼吸干预的时机和手段,为成功治疗GBS提供可靠依据。方法对不同年份时间经临床治疗GBS患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究,并分析整理、归纳,该组患者呼吸系统临床相关佐证资料及干预手段与治疗成败的相关性研究。于2009年1月~12月对GBS患者实施优化调整后的呼吸干预。结果比较两组患者血气分析指标好转和肌力恢复时段明显缩短。结论规范进行GBS患者呼吸干预是临床成功治疗GBS的关键之一。

| Abstract: | Objective TO find the best time and method to conduct respiratory therapy on GBS.Methods The clinical data of GBS patients were analyzed.The patients from January to December in 2008 were treated with optimized clinical respiratory therapy.Results The respiratory therapy of Guilian-Barre syndrome demonstrated advantage on indexes of blood gas analysis inprovement and myodynamia recovery time.Conclusion The respiratory therapy is one of the sticking points to cure the Guilian-Barre syndrome. |
