摘    要:目的阐明腰椎间盘及腰神经根的影像学特征,比较CT和MRI的价值和限度。方法在53例正常腰椎间盘的CT图像、40例正常腰椎间盘的MRI图像上,对腰椎间盘主要结构及腰神经根的影像学特征进行影像学观察和测量。结果获得腰椎间盘及腰神经根的影像学特征和相关测量参数,左、右侧之间腰神经长度及宽度无显著性差异。CT对穿刺线的骨性标志点上关节突显示优于MRI,MRI对软组织密度分辨力较CT高。结论CT、MRI是确定经皮腰椎间盘穿刺路径的重要手段,能显示腰椎间盘及腰神经根。应首先选择CT检查,对疑似软组织病变者再联合MRI检查,以提高穿刺水平。
