71名精神科护士心理健康水平的调查

目的 解精神科护上心理健康状况。方法 采用SCL-90症状自评量表，整群抽取本院在职精神科护士71名进行调查。结果 精神科护士各症状因子及总分水平低于中围常模，护士心理健康状况良好，P〈0．01，不同年龄的护士心理健康状况比较，无明显差异。结论 精神科护士心理健康状况良好，可能是精神科护士心理学知识的掌握与应用、精神科护理管理者人性化管理等因素使精神科护士的心理健康水平得到锻炼与提高，但也不排除心理防御机制影响了自评量表的准确性。

Survey on Mental Health Status in 71 cases of Psychiatric Nurses

Objective To assess mental health status in psychiatric nurses. Methods Using cluster sampling, 71 nurses in psychiatric department were investigated with the symptom checklist 90(SCL-90). Results The scores in the 71 cases of psychiatric nurses were all lower than Chinese norms (P<0.01). There was no significant difference in mental health status among different age groups. Conclusions The findings showed that 71 cases of psychiatric nurses in this investigation have good mental health status. The factors contributing to good health status include psychiatric nurses' knowledge about psychology as well as humanized management in psychiatric department. Psychological defense mechanisms might influence the accuracy of data obtained from the SCL-90 questionnaire in this investigation.
