高龄患者围手术期护理安全管理

目的探讨高龄患者围手术期安全护理管理。方法通过参加术前病例讨论，了解病情，准备齐全手术物品，手术前访视与患者沟通建立良好的护患关系，术中认真细致的配合和耐心、细心的护理保证围手术的安全。结果对326例〉80岁高龄患者围手术期采取安全护理管理，使患者顺利渡过围手术期。结论手术前参加病例讨论，访视患者和术中细致、耐心、细心的安全护理措施保证了高龄患者手术恢复顺利。

Perioperative nursing for over aged patients and its security management

Objective To study the perioperative nursing for over aged patients and its security management. Methods Security in peri-operation was ensured by participating in case discussion before operation to get the first hand message of the patients, by preparing operation instruments, by establishing good relations between nurses and patients through interview and communication, by careful cooperating during operation, and patient nursing for the patients. Results The 326 patients over the age of 80 years successfully tided over their perioperative period because of the perioperative nursing for them and its security management. Conclusion Attending case discussion and interview before operation, visiting patients, careful and patient nursing during operation can promote the successful recovery of over aged patients after operation.
