| 摘 要： | 目的:观察复智胶囊治疗血管性痴呆(VD)的临床疗效。方法:53例轻中度VD随机分为治疗组30例和对照组23例,治疗组给予复智胶囊,对照组给予培元通脑胶囊,连续服药3个月。治疗前后分别对认知功能、行为能力及中医症状进行评估,观察两组的疗效。结果:治疗组总体疗效优于对照组,在改善MMSE评分、Blessed评分及中医症状方面优于对照组。结论:复智胶囊能够有效治疗VD,并在提高病人认知功能、行为能力和改善中医症状方面均优于培元通脑胶囊。 |

Clinical observation on treating 53 cases of VD with the Fuzhi capsules |

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the Fuzhi capsules in treating vascular dementia (VD). Methods:53 patients with VD were randomly divided into the treatment group of 30 cases and the control group of 23 cases, the treatment group was given Fuzhi capsules, the control group was given Peiyuan Tongnao capsules, continuous medication for three months. Cognitive function, behavior and TCM symptoms before and after treatment were evaluated, the efficacy of the two groups observed. Results:The overall efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, in improving the MMSE score, the blessed score and TCM symptoms are better than that of the control group. Conclusion:The Fuzhi capsules could effectively treat VD, and in improving patients’ cognitive function, capacity and TCM symptoms were better than that of Peiyuan Tongnao capsules. |
