对老年冠心病住院失眠患者实施护理干预的效果研究

目的探讨护理十预对改善老年冠心病住院失眠患者睡眠质量和生活质量的作用。方法将102例老年冠心病住院失眠患者随机分为实验组和对照组。对照组给予常规护理，实验组在对照组基础上给予系统的失眠护理十预。以患者睡眠质量、助眠药物的使用量、生活质量及心脏事件的发生为评价指标进行两组比较。结果实验组患者睡眠质量明娃高于对照组（P〈0．05）；助眠药物的使用量明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）；生活质量高于对照组（P〈0．05）：对照组心血管突发事件明显多于实验组（P〈0．05）。结论对老年冠心病住院失眠患者实施护理干预，可明显改善其睡眠质量，减少催眠药物的使用量，提高生活质量，减少心脏事件的发生，稳定冠心病病情。

Effects of nursing intervention on elderly coronary heart disease patients with hospitalized insomnia

Objective To study the effects of nursing intervention on elderly coronary heart disease patients with hospital- ized insomnia. Methods 102 elderly coronary heart disease patients with hospitalized insomnia were assigned to the exper- imental group and the control group. The control group was given routine nursing, then the experimental group was given systematic insomnia nursing intervention, on the basis of the control group. The evaluation indexes of patients＇ sleep quality, usage amount of hypnotic drugs, quality of life and incidence of cardiovascular emergencies were compared between the two groups. Results In the experimental group, the sleep quality the usage amount of hypnotic drugs were lower than the control was significantly better than the control group （P 〈 0.05）; group （P 〈 0.05）; the quality of life was higher than the control group （P 〈 0.05）; and the incidence of cardiovascular emergencies in the control group was significantly higher than that in the experimental group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Nursing intervention for elderly coronary heart disease pa- tients with hospitalized insomnia can improve patients＇ sleep quality significantly, decrease the usage amount of hypnotic drugs, improve the quality of life, reduce the incidence of cardiovascular emergencies and stabilize the state of illness.
