| 摘 要： | 目的分析综合护理干预在小儿疝气手术护理中的应用效果。方法选择行手术治疗的小儿疝气患者120例作为研究对象,随机分为给予综合护理干预的观察组和常规护理的对照组。观察术后离床时间、住院时间、术后疼痛程度及并发症发生率、护理满意度等差异。结果观察组离床时间、住院时间、术后疼痛程度及并发症发生率均明显短于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组患儿及其家属对护理工作的满意程度明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论综合护理干预措施可以明显缩短患儿住院时间,减轻其疼痛及并发症发生率,提高住院护理满意度。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on pediatric hernia operation.Methods 120 cases of pediatric hernia with operation were collected and randomly divided into control group and observation group with 60 cases each.Then bedding time,hospitalization duration,severity of postoperative pain,incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction were observed.Results bedding time,hospitalization duration,severity of postoperative pain,inci dence of complications of observation group were significantly less than control group（P0.05）;the satisfaction degree to nursing work was higher than control groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly shorten the time in hospital,reduce the pain and the incidence of complications,improve patient satisfaction with nursing care. |
