摘    要:
目的鉴定山芝麻水提取液的化学成分。方法采用水为溶剂加热回流提取法提取山芝麻药材,提取液采用高效液相色谱串联质谱法鉴定其中的化学成分。结果从山芝麻水提取液中共分离得到10个主要的化学成分,并采用多级质谱对其进行了结构鉴定,其中8个化学成分通过对照品得到了确证,分别为奎尼酸、柠檬酸、新绿原酸、绿原酸、隐绿原酸、异绿原酸C、异绿原酸A和异绿原酸B。结论本实验为该药材的开发和利用提供了科学基础。

Abstract:
Objective To identify the major components from the water extract of Helicteres angustifolia L..Methods The Helicteres angustifolia L.was extracted by reflux extraction using water as solvent,and the extract was analyzed by highperformance liquid chromatography coupled with tandem mass spectrometry.Results 10 major components were separated,and their chemical structures were identified by tandem mass spectrometer.Among them,quinic acid,citric acid,neochlorogenic acid,chlorogenic acid,cryptochlorogenic acid,isochlorogenic acid C,isochlorogenic acid A and isochloro genic acid B were confirmed by a comparison of MSn information with those of the reference substances.Conclusion The method provides the scientific basis for the exploitation and utilization of Helicteres angustifolia L..
