2009-2011年我院住院患者口服抗高血压药应用分析

目的分析我院口服抗高血压药临床应用现状及趋势，以促进该类药物合理应用。方法采用回顾性调查和药物经济学方法，利用Excel软件对2009～2011年我院住院药房口服抗高血压药物销售金额、用药频度（DDDs）情况进行统计分析，结果3年来我院口服抗高血压药物的用药频度和销售金额均呈上升趋势，钙通道阻滞剂和血管紧张素Ⅱ受体阻滞剂占用药总金额的70％以上，同时二者也占据了总DDDs值的前2位，占总DDDs的50％以上。近3年来，单品种排序中，氯沙坦钾片（科素亚）在用药总金额及DDDs排序中均位居第1位。结论抗高血压药的使用量逐年增多，而且逐渐选用新型抗高血压药物。钙通道阻滞剂和血管紧张素Ⅱ受体阻滞剂类仍为主要使用药物，β受体阻滞剂用量增长较快。

Application analysis of oral antihypertensive drug for patients in our hospital from 2009 to 2011

Objective To analyze the clinical application status and trends of oral antihypertensive drugs in our hospital, in order to promote the reasonable use of these drugs. Methods Retrospective investigation method and medicaments eco- nomics method were used in this study. The consumption sum, medication frequency （DDDs） of oral antihypertensive drug in pharmacy of our hospital from 2009 to 2011 were added up and analyzed by Excel software. Results The consumption sum and DDDs of oral antihypertensive drug in the past three years showed an upward trend, calcium channel blockers and angiotensin Ⅱ receptor blocker accounted for 70% of the total sum of drugs, which occupied the top two total value of DDDs, and accounted more than 50% of DDDs. In the past 3 years, the sort of single species, Losartan Potassium （Cozaar） occupied the top one total sum of drugs and DDDs. Conclusion The application amount of antihypertensive drugs increased year by year, and gradually selecting of new types, calcium channel blockers and angiotensin Ⅱ receptor blocker are still the main use of drugs, the growth of application amount of β-blockers is faster.
