高龄食管裂孔疝腹腔镜治疗围手术期经验探讨

目的总结高龄食管裂孔疝患者腹腔镜外科治疗围手术期经验。方法收集我院近年收治的高龄食管裂孔疝腹腔镜手术患者76例,总结分析围手术期出现的问题及解决方法。结果高龄食管裂孔疝患者应用腹腔镜手术治疗,手术适应证较宽泛,治疗效果明确,术后出血少,并发症少,恢复快。结论腹腔镜手术是治疗高龄食管裂孔疝的有效手段,对于高龄患者来说,围手术期的观察治疗对患者术后恢复起着重要作用。

Discussion on perioperative experience of laparoscopic hiatal hernia surgery in elderly patients

Objective To explore the perioperative experience of laparoscopic surgery in elderly patients with hiatal hernia.Methods Elderly patients with hiatal hernia underwent laparoscopic operation in our hospital in recent years were collected.We analyzed the problems perioperative and summarized the solutions of them.Results Laparoscopic surgery was applied with a wide range of surgical indications,in the elderly patients with hiatal hernia.Effects were definitly,with less postoperative bleeding,fewer complications,and faster recovery.Conclusion For elderly patients,laparoscopic surgery is an effective method to treat hiatal hernia,and perioperative treatments plays a very important role in postoperative recovery.
