2005年金华出入境人员健康体检结果分析

目的为了解目前出入境人员的健康情况。方法对2005年在金华保健中心的出入境人员健康体检结果进行分析。结果入境人员脂肪肝、ALT偏高、高血压、心电图(ECG)改变、丙肝抗体阳性及梅毒检出率均高于出境人员;出境人员HBsAg阳性检出数高于入境人员;入境商务人员脂肪肝、ALT偏高及高血压检出数高于劳务及其他入境人员;出境商务、劳务及其他出境人员HBsAg阳性、脂肪肝、高血压、丙肝抗体阳性检出数比较,有统计学差异;脂肪肝合并其他异常的较多。结论要求检验检疫部门对出入境人员应加强传染病防治知识和相关法律、法规的宣传,以及加强传染病监测力度,尤其是针对入境商务人员。

Analysis on health physical examination for entry-exit people in Jinhua port in 2005

Objective To understand entry-exit people's present health situation. Methods Analyzing the surveillance present health data on entry-exit people in Jinhua in 2005. Results The checkout rates of fatty liver, ALT being high, hypertension, ECG changing, HCVAb appearing positive and syphilis in foreigners are all higher than in those of the people going abroad. The quantity of HBsAg appearing positive of the people going abroad is more than that of foreigners. The checkout quantities of fatty liver, ALT being high and hypertension in foreign businessmen are more than those of work services and others. Comparing the results of HBsAg being positive, fatty liver, hypertension and HCVAb appearing positive in businessmen, work services and others going abroad, it has statistical differences. That fatty liver merging other abnormality is so many. Conclusion The inspection and quarantine authority shall propagate the knowledge of infectious diseases, relevant laws and regulations to entry-exit people, and also strengthen the surveillance on infectious diseases, especially for those foreign businessmen.
