| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨涎腺腺样囊性癌的复发、转移、预后及治疗特点。方法:分析96例涎腺腺样囊性癌的临床分期、病变部位、肿瘤复发、转移、神经受侵、治疗及预后。结果:综合治疗组较单纯手术组复发率低(P<0.05)、远处转移率低、生存率高(5年比较P<0.05,10年比较P<0.001)。结论:综合治疗组复发率低而生存率高,肿瘤的复发与神经受侵情况有关,肺转移率较高。
