内脂素、高敏C反应蛋白与2型糖尿病的研究进展

内脂素是一种新发现的脂肪细胞因子,具有类胰岛素、参与炎症应答、免疫调节等多种生物活性。高敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)是体内的一种炎性反应标志物,还是强烈的促炎性因子,参与动脉粥样硬化的发生。已经证实有多种因素参与2型糖尿病(T2DM)及其并发症的发生、发展,其中炎性反应就是一个深受广泛关注的因素。研究上述两者与T2DM及其并发症的关系,探讨内脂素与hsCRP之间的潜在联系,将为早期诊断及预防糖尿病的并发症提供依据。

Research Progress of the Relationship between Visfatin,hs-CRP and Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

Visfatin is a newly discovered adipocytokine with multiple biological effects such as para-insulin,participating in inflammation response,and regulating immunity etc..High-sensitivity C reactive protein(hs-CRP)is not only the sign of inflammation in vivo but also a strong proinflammatory factor,involved in atherosclerosis.It has been shown that multiple factors affect the development of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)and its complications,among which inflammatory response is one of the factors that attract extensive attention.The study of the relationship between the above mentioned two markers and T2DM may identify the potential connection between visfatin and hs-CRP,which will provide references for early diagnosis and prevention of T2DM and its complications.
