闪光ERG和闪光VEP检查对白内障患者术后视力的预测

目的探讨本前行闪光视网膜电流团（flashelectroretinogram，F－ERG）和闪光视觉诱发电位（flashvisualevokednotential，F－VEP）修查对白内障水后视力预测的可靠性。方法白内障患者本前用眼科电生理记录仪检查F－ERG，F－VEP，白内障术后3～6mo检查患者的最佳视力，用直线相关及t检验分析闪光ERG和闪光VEP与本后视力的关系。结果F－ERG的a、b波振幅与术后视力均呈正直线相关关系。F－VEP的5b、5c波潜伏时与本后视力均呈负直线相关关系；第5子波振幅与本后视力呈正直线相关关系。结论白内障术前联合检查F－ERG和F－VEP可以预测患者术后视力。

Forecast the postoperative visual acuity of the patients with cataract using flash electroretinogram and flash visual evoked potential

To study the reliability of flash electroretinogram (F - ERG) and flash visual evoked potential (F - VEP) for the postoperative visual acuity of the patients with cataract.Methods Oculoelectrophysiograph was used to exam F - ERG and F- VEP of patients with cataract before operation. The best visual acuity of the patients were examined from 3 to 6 months after operation. Linear regression and t test wereused to analysis the relationship between F -ERG,F-VEP and postoperative visual acuity.Results The amplitude of a wave,b wave of F -ERG,A5 of F - VEP and the latent of 5b wave,5c wave of F - VEP all have linear correlation with postoperative visual acuity.Conclusion The postoperative visual acuity of patients with cataract can be prospeceted by using F- ERG and F- VEP before operation.
