| 摘 要： | 目的观察疏血通治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法将120例急性脑梗死病人分成疏血通治疗组和复方丹参对照组,1个疗程结束后,进行治疗前后的临床疗效评价、临床神经功能缺损评分和血液流变学、凝血4项的检测。结果疏血通组较对照组显著改善神经缺损、血黏度和降低纤维蛋白原,且无出血倾向。结论疏血通能显著降低纤维蛋白原、血液黏度以及神经缺损度,治疗急性脑梗死安全有效。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effects of Shuxuetong on the acute cerebral infarction. Methods 120 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups. The control group were treated with Danshen while study group with Shuxuetong. Neurological function, total effective rate, and the changes of coagulation-fibrinolysis were observed before and after the therapy. Results Compared with control group, the neurological function deficit scores, blood viscosity and fibrinogen were decreased in study group while hemorrhagic tendency were not found. Conclusion The Shuxuetong is effective and safe in treating acute cerebral infarction by accelerating fibrinolysis, inhibiting coagulation activity and improving neurological function. |
