| 摘 要： | 眼眶病变多可ＣＴ显示。常规ＣＴ须横断面与冠状面相结合。涉及骨质病变者须软组织窗与骨窗相结合观察神经经管骨折用高分辨ＣＴ。平片多用于异物定位及累及眼眶的鼻窦病变。

| Abstract: | Most orbital lesions can be depicted on CT. Both axial and coronal scans are necessary. Both soft tissue window and bone window are mandatory for evaluation of the conditions involving the orbital wall. High resolution CT is indicated in cases of fractures of the optic canal. Radiography is used in foreign body localization and in the evaluation of paranasal sinus diseases involving the orbit. |
