| 摘 要： | 目的探讨填充式无张力修补术在老年腹股沟疝手术中的应用.方法在56例54～82岁男性患者中施行疝环填充式无张力修补术.结果56例病人手术效果满意,仅一例出现阴囊血肿,保守而愈;术后6 h下床活动,随访1,2年无复发.结论与传统修补术比较,对于老年腹股沟疝采用无张力修补手术操作简单,并发症少,值得推广. |

| Abstract: | Objective: Todiscuss the use of tension-free herniolplasty techniquce in old patients with inguinal hernia. Methods: The study was carried out on 56 males patients, 54~82 years old. Results: Only one patient had the complication of the scrotum hematoma, followed-up from 1 to 2 years, no recurrence happened. Conclusions: Compared with the trational herniolplasty, the tension-free herniolplasty techniquce is simple, safe and effective. |
