HBV上PHSA受体特性的研究

摘    要:
作者建立了检测乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)的人血清聚白蛋白(PHSA)受体的ELISA法,受体的检出率为32.02%(65/203)。用本室制备的抗-PHSA包被酶标板,用同样方法对HBV上的受体与循环中的PHSA结合情况作了初探,其结合率为6.5%(6/91)。PHSA在循环中的检出率为7.8%(13/165),初探结果说明HBV与血循环中的PHSA很少呈结合状态,PHSA可能主要与肝细胞膜上相类似的受体结合以此作为“桥梁”介导HBV吸附到肝细胞膜以启动感染。此外,作者还对该受体的其他特性作了探讨。

Abstract:
A receptor for polymerized human se-rum albumin (PHSA) was demonstratedon the hepatitis B virus. There is some evi-dence that a similar albumin receptor mayalso exist on the surface of the liver cell.The receptor could facilitate virus attach-ment to hepatocytes. We have not onlyestablished ELISA method of assaying thereceptor, but also explored the relationbetween PHSA in circulation and PHSAreceptor. The receptor was detected in65 of 203 patieats with chronic HBVinfection (32.01%) . The positive rate ofdetection is closely associated with HBsAgconcentration. Of 56 sera positive for the receptor, 36were HBeAg positive and 39 anti-HBcpositive. These results provide evidencethat the assay of PHSA receptor is moresensitive than that of HBeAg. The PHSAreceptor may represent a useful markerin HBV infection. In the process of investigating the bind-ing of the PHSA receptor with PHSA incirculation, we found 13 samples of PHSApositive out of 165 cases (7.8%). Its presen-ce was mainly in HBsAg positive serum.Binding activity of PHSA receptor withPHSA was obtained in 6 of 91 cases(6.5%). This observation suggested thatthe less PHSA in circulation was boundwith PHSA receptor. PHSA was boundmainly with the similar receptor on thesurface of liver cell. HBV particles mighthave access to hepatocytes by binding thefree end of polymerized albumin moleculeson the surface with PHSA receptor on HBVand then initiate infection. What we found is not agree with whatThung found in all respects.
