归脾汤加减治疗心脾两虚型失眠的临床观察

目的:探讨归脾汤加减治疗心脾两虚型失眠的临床疗效。方法:选取2017-2019年就诊于门城地区社区卫生服务中心的失眠患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各35例。对照组采用西药艾司唑仑治疗,治疗组采用归脾汤加减治疗,两组疗程均为4周。结果:治疗组和对照组的有效率分别为85.7%(30/35)和51.4%(18/35),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:归脾汤加减对心脾两虚型失眠的临床疗效较佳,能够有效改善睡眠质量,值得临床推广。

Clinical observation on modified Guipi decoction in treating insomnia of heart and spleen deficiency

Objective:To study the clinical effect of the addition and subtraction of the spleen-to-spleen decoction on the two-deficiency type insomnia of the heart and spleen.Methods:The patients with insomnia in the community health service center from 2017 to 2019 were randomly divided into the treatment group,the control group,the control group(n=35)and the treatment group(35 cases).In the control group,the control group was treated with the western medicine esescitalopram,and the treatment group was treated with the addition and subtraction of the spleen and the spleen decoction,and the two groups of treatment courses were 4 weeks.Results:The effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 85.7%(30/35)and 51.4%(18/35),respectively.Conclusion:The curative effect of the spleen and the spleen decoction on the deficiency of the heart and spleen is better than that of the spleen and spleen.And can effectively improve the sleep quality of the patient and is worthy of clinical popularization and use.
