243例白癜风患者临床流行病学特征分析

目的分析白癜风患者临床流行病学特点,为该病有效的防治提供科学依据。方法选择2018年1月至2018年12月在本院收治经临床确诊的白癜风病例243例为研究对象,采用《白癜风患者相关情况调查表》进行调查。结果 243例白癜风患者,男130例,占53.5%,女113例,占46.5%;首次初发年龄(10~19)岁患者最多(30.9%);进展期173例(71.2%);稳定期70例(28.8%);发病部位主要为面部(39.09%);患者地区来源前5的为成都(23.05%)、凉山州(9.47%)、省外(7.0%)、乐山(5.76%)、绵阳(5.35%)。结论白癜风患者发病与性别无关,好发年龄(10~19)岁,进展期较多,患者主要来源为成都附近。

Analysis of the epidemiological characteristics of 243 patients with vitiligo

Objective To analyze the clinical epidemiological characteristics of patients with vitiligo in Sichuan province, and to provide scientific basis for the effective prevention and treatment of the disease. Methods From January 2018 to December 2018, 243 clinically confirmed patients with vitiligo were admitted to our hospital and selected as the subjects of the study, and the questionnaire on relevant conditions of patients with vitiligo was developed for investigation. Results Among the 243 patients with vitiligo,130(53.5%) were males and 113(46.5%) were females. The age of first onset between 10 and 19 years was the most(30.9%). 173(71.2%) patients were in the progressive phase;70 cases were stable(28.8%);The main disease site was the face(39.09%).The top 5 sources of patients were Chengdu(23.05%), Liangshan prefecture(9.47%), outside the province(7.0%), Leshan(5.76%) and Mianyang(5.35%). Conclusion The incidence of vitiligo has nothing to do with gender.Patients with vitiligo tend to be between 10 and 19 years old, and most of them were in the progressive stage. The main source of patients is near Chengdu.
