应用CiteSpace对Web of Science近15年病毒性心肌炎相关文献的可视化分析

目的通过对有关病毒性心肌炎相关文献进行计量、共现、共被引及可视化分析,探索该领域近15年的研究现状、热点及动态前沿。方法以Web of Science Core Collection数据库为数据源,应用文献计量学方法,并借助CiteSpace V可视化分析软件,对2004~2018年心血管领域里病毒性心肌炎的相关研究的年度发文情况、学科分布情况、国家/机构分布情况、期刊分布情况、作者分布情况及关键词进行分析。结果纳入596篇SCI文章,文献类型以期刊为主,学科多与周围性血管疾病、儿科、血液学有关,最高产的国家和机构是德国和柏林查理特医科大学,载文量最多的期刊是EUROPEAN HEART JOURNAL,被引频次最高的期刊是CIRCULATION,发文量最高的作者是KLINGEL K,引文量最高的作者是Kuhl U。该领域主要研究的热点是相关病毒种类、相关发病机制的研究,研究前沿是心肌纤维化、急性心肌损伤、诊疗方案与策略。结论分析结果揭示可合作的作者与机构,提供可参考的选题内容和研究方向。

Visual analysis of related literature on viral myocarditis of Web of Science in the past 15 years by CiteSpace

Objective Through the measurement,co-occurrence,citation and visual analysis of related literatures on viral myocarditis,the present situation,hot spots and dynamic frontiers in the field of viral myocarditis in the last 15 years were explored.Methods Using Web of Science Core Collection database as data source,using bibliometrics method and CiteSpace V visual analysis software,the annual publications,subject distribution,country/institution distribution,journal distribution,author distribution,and keywords of related research on viral myocarditis in the cardiovascular field from 2004 to 2018 were analyzed.Results 596 SCI articles were included.The main types were journals.The subjects were mostly related to peripheral vascular disease,pediatrics,and hematology.The most productive countries and institutions were Germany and Berlin's CharitéMedical University.EUROPEAN HEART JOURNAL.The most cited journal is CIRCULATION,the author with the highest volume of publications is KLINGEL K,and the author with the highest volume of publications is Kuhl U.The main research hotspots in this field are related virus types and related pathogenesis.The research front is myocardial fibrosis,acute myocardial injury,diagnosis and treatment schemes and strategies.Conclusion The analysis results reveal the authors and institutions that can cooperate,and provide reference content and research directions for reference.
