金黄散外敷联合双氯芬酸钠治疗急性痛风性关节炎短期临床疗效

目的:观察金黄散外敷联合双氯芬酸钠治疗急性痛风性关节炎的短期临床疗效。方法:将63例急性痛风性关节炎患者随机分成两组,对照组(31例)口服双氯芬酸钠50mg,2次/d;实验组(32例)外敷金黄散,1次/d,每次6~8 h联合双氯芬酸钠50 mg,口服,2次/d,5 d为1个疗程。比较两组VAS疼痛评分、局部肿胀度、局部皮肤温度、血尿酸、血沉、C反应蛋白水平。结果:观察组VAS疼痛评分、关节肿胀度评分、局部皮肤温度均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对血沉、C反应蛋白、血尿酸进行测定,结果显示两组经过1个疗程的治疗后血沉、C反应蛋白降低,治疗后两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组治疗前后血尿酸水平无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:金黄散外敷联合双氯芬酸钠治疗急性痛风性关节炎有效缓解关节肿痛,可作为急性痛风性关节炎的一种补充疗法。

Observation on Short-term clinical effect of external application of Jinhuang powder combined with diclofenac sodium on acute gouty arthritis

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Jinhuangsan combined with diclofenac sodium in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis. Methods:63 patients with acute gouty arthritis were randomly divided into two groups. 31 patients in the control group were given 50 mg diclofenac sodium orally twice a day,while 32 patients in the experimental group were given Jinhuang powder once a day for 6~8 hours and 50 mg diclofenac sodium orally twice a day for 5 days as a course of treatment. VAS pain score,local swelling,local skin temperature,serum uric acid,erythrocyte sedimentation rate and C-reactive protein levels were compared between the two groups.Re-sults:The VAS pain score,joint swelling score and local skin temperature in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The red cell sedimentation rate(ESR),C-reactive protein(CRP) and serum uric acid(UA)were measured. The results showed that the ESR and CRP of the two groups decreased after one course of treat-ment. There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the level of UA(P>0.05).Conclusion:Jinhuangsan combined with diclofenac sodium in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis can effectively relieve joint swelling and pain,and can be used as a supplementary therapy for acute gouty arthritis.
