疏肝健脾养心方治疗功能性消化不良伴焦虑抑郁肝郁脾虚证的疗效观察

目的:探讨疏肝健脾养心方在功能性消化不良伴焦虑抑郁肝郁脾虚证治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取104例我院收治的功能性消化不良伴焦虑抑郁患者,按照随机数表法分为对照组和实验组,各52例。对照组使用枸橼酸莫沙必利片联合法莫替丁片治疗,实验组在对照组的基础上使用疏肝健脾养心方治疗,两组治疗周期均为4周。比较两组治疗前后中医证候积分,HAMA、HAMD评分以及血清GAS、MTL水平。结果:与治疗前相比,治疗后两组中医证候积分,HAMA、HAMD评分及血清GAS水平均降低,且实验组低于对照组;两组血清MTL水平均升高,且实验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:疏肝健脾养心方可有效缓解功能性消化不良伴焦虑抑郁肝郁脾虚证临床症状,改善焦虑抑郁状态,调节胃肠激素水平,促进胃肠功能恢复。

Clinical study on Shugan Jianpi Yangxin Decoction in treating functional dyspepsia with anxiety and depression in liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome

Objective:To investigate the effect of Shugan Jianpi Yangxin decoction in patients with functional dyspepsia associated with anxiety and depression of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency.Methods:A total of 104 patients with functional dyspepsia and anxiety and depression treated in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and experimental group according to the random number table method,with 52 cases in each group.The control group was treated with moxapride citrate and famotidine tablets,while the experimental group was treated with Shugan Jianpi Yangxin decoction based on the control group.The treatment period of both groups was 4 weeks.Changes in TCM syndrome scores,HAMA(Hamilton Anxiety Scale),HAMD(Hamilton Depression Scale)scores,and serum GAS and MTL levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with before treatment,the TCM syndrome scores,HAMA,HAMD scores,and serum GAS levels of the two groups decreased after the treatment,and the experimental group were lower than the control group;the serum MTL levels of the two groups increased,and the experimental group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shugan Jianpi Yangxin decoction can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients with functional dyspepsia with anxiety and depression of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency,improve anxiety and depression,regulate gastrointestinal hormone levels,and promote gastrointestinal function recovery.
