Livin蛋白和Bcl-2蛋白在结直肠癌中的表达

目的探讨Livin蛋白和Bcl-2蛋白在结直肠癌中的表达及二者的相关性。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测60例结直肠癌组织、15例腺瘤性息肉和15例癌旁正常组织中Livin和Bcl-2蛋白的表达情况。结果 Livin蛋白在肠癌组织中的表达明显高于腺瘤性息肉及癌旁正常组织中的表达,Bcl-2蛋白在肠癌组织中和腺瘤性息肉中高于癌旁正常组织中的表达,但在肠癌组织中和腺瘤性息肉中表达无统计学意义。Livin蛋白表达与肿瘤分期有关,Bcl-2蛋白表达与肿瘤分化程度有关,在结直肠癌中,Livin蛋白表达与Bcl-2蛋白无相关性。结论 Livin蛋白、Bcl-2蛋白在结直肠癌组织中表达上调,参与结直肠癌发生发展。

The expression of Livin protein and Bcl-2 protein in colorectal cancer

Objective ] To study the expression of Livin protein and Bcl - 2 protein in colorectal cancer and their correlation. Methods] Immunohistochemical Ways was used to detect the expression of f Livin and Bcl -2 protein in 60 cases of coloreetal cancer, 15 cases of adenoma, and 15 cases normal paracancerous tissue. Results] The expression of Livin protein in colorectal cancer tissues was significantly higher than that of adenoma and normal para - cancerous tissue, Bcl - 2 protein in colorectal carcinoma and adenoma higher than in para - cancerous tissue, but there is no significant expression in eoloreetal carcinoma and adenoma. The expression of Livin protein has correlation with tumor stage, Bcl -2 protein expression correlating to the tumor differentiation, in eolorectal cancer, the expression of Livin protein and Bcl -2 protein has no correlation. Conclusion] The expression of Livin protein, Bcl -2 protein increased in cancer tissues involved in the development of colorectal carcinoma.
