医院随诊工作的现状及对策分析

医院随访工作是为了使患者出院后继续享受医疗服务,也为了帮助医务人员全面系统掌握某种疾病的发生、发展,不断提高医疗质量。但随诊工作存在着病种、期限、科室、患者习惯、医院管理观念、随诊技术手段、随诊资料记录及医院随诊管理方面的局限性,究其原因：①中华传统文化的影响。②医学知识门槛的限制。③随诊管理机制不够建全。④没有合适的随诊工具。医院随诊工作的重要性,必须坚持做好的理由及对策建议,启示医院管理人员关注和加强患者持续性医疗服务,建立医患之间的沟通桥梁。总之随诊工作是一项既有利于患者又有利于医院的长期工作。

Present Situation and Countermeasures of Hospital Follow-up Work

Hospital follow-up work can make patients continue to enjoy medical services after discharge,and help medical staffs to master the occurrence and development of diseases,continuously improve the medical quality.There have limitations of diseases,period,departments,patients’ habit,hospital management idea,follow-up technical means,follow-up data records and hospital follow-up management in follow-up work.The reasons are ①The influence of traditional culture.② The medical knowledge threshold limitation.③The follow-up management mechanism is not sound.④Do not have the appropriate follow-up tools.Hospital administrators should pay close attention to follow-up work.Follow-up work is a long term operation both beneficial to patients and hospital.
