食管鳞癌患者肿瘤组织及血清中CD44v6表达的临床意义

目的检测食管鳞癌患者肿瘤组织及血清中CD44v6的表达并探讨其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化法对48例食管鳞癌、23例糜烂性食管炎、24例正常食管黏膜组织中CD44v6的表达进行检测;同时采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)对上述研究对象血清中可溶性CD44v6(sCD44v6)的水平进行检测。收集完整的临床病理资料。结果①CD44v6表达水平在食管鳞癌组织中明显升高,与正常食管黏膜上皮组织及糜烂性食管炎黏膜上皮组织相比,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。不同浸润深度、有无淋巴结转移的食管鳞癌,其癌组织中CD44v6的表达水平差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。②血清sCD44v6在食管鳞癌组的平均水平明显高于正常人群组及糜烂性食管炎组(均P<0.05)。血清sCD44v6水平与食管鳞癌的临床病理特征无关。③食管鳞癌组织中CD44v6高表达者与低表达者相比,血清sCD44v6水平差异无统计学意义(P=0.735)。结论①CD44v6有望成为食管鳞癌诊断及预后判断的辅助指标。②血清sCD44v6有望成为食管鳞癌诊断筛查的辅助指标。

Expression of CD44v6 in Tumor Tissue and Serum of Patients with Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma

Objective To study the CD44v6 expression in tumor tissue and serum of patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.Methods Forty-eight samples of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissue,23 samples of erosive esophagitis tissue,24 samples of normal esophagus tissue and the corresponding sera were obtained.The expression of CD44v6 in the tissues was detected by using immunohistochemistry(IHC).Serum sCD44v6 levels were measured by using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The clinicopathological data were collected.Results ①The expression level of CD44v6 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues was obviously higher than that in erosive esophagitis tissues and normal esophagus tissues(P<0.05).Moreover,the expression level of CD44v6 was related to the depth of invasion and the status of lymph node metastasis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(P<0.05);②The level of sCD44v6 in the serum of patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma was obviously higher than that in the serum of erosive esophagitis patients and normal esophagus controls(P<0.05).But the level of sCD44v6 in the serum of patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma was not related to clinicopathological features;③The expression level of CD44v6 in the tumor tissue was not correlated with that in the serum(P=0.735).Conclusion CD44v6 in tissues may help the diagnosis and prognosis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.sCD44v6 is a potential diagnostic screening serum index of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
