“双固一通”针法对绝经后骨质疏松模型大鼠骨生物力学的影响

摘    要:目的探讨"双固一通"针法治疗绝经后骨质疏松症(PMO)的作用机制。方法采用60只6月龄雌性SD大鼠,切除双侧卵巢后饲养90d,实验性骨质疏松症动物模型建立,然后随机分成对照组、常规取穴组、"双固"组、"一通"组、"双固一通"组等5组,每组12只。对照组不做任何治疗;常规取穴组取背俞穴"脾俞"、"胃俞"、"肾俞","气海俞";"双固"组取"关元"、"足三里";"一通"组取"肾俞"、"膈俞"、"大杼";"双固一通"组取"关元"、"足三里"、"肾俞"、"膈俞"、"大杼"。电针连续治疗12w。治疗结束后,处死大鼠,对各组大鼠第3腰椎及左侧股骨行生物力学指标检测。结果与对照组比较,常规取穴组、双固组、一通组的骨生物力学指标均升高(P<0.05),双固一通组显著升高(P<0.01);双固一通组较常规取穴组、双固组、一通组显著升高(P<0.05);常规取穴组、双固组、一通组3组之间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论针刺在一定程度上可以改善或恢复PMO模型大鼠的骨组织的生物力学结构,"双固一通"针法优于其他常规取穴针法。

The effect of "Shuanggu Yitong" acupuncture therapy on the bone biomechanics in postmenopausal osteoporosis rats

Abstract:Objective To explore the mechanisms of "Shuanggu Yitong" acupuncture therapy for the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis(PMO).Methods Sixty female SD rats aged of 6 months old were chosen and fed for 90 days after removed the double ovaries to make the experimental model of osteoporosis.Then,they were divided randomly into 5 groups: control group,regular acupoints applying group,Shuanggu group,Yitong group,and Shuanggu Yitong group,with 12 rats each group.No therapy was performed in control group;Pishu(BL 20),Weishu(BL 21),Shenshu(BL 23),and Qihaishu(BL 24) were used in the regular acupoints applying group.Guanyuan(RN 4) and Zusanli(ST 36) were used in the Shuanggu group.Shenshu(BL 23),Geshu(BL 17),and Dazhu(BL 11) were used in the Yitong group.Guanyuan(RN 4),Zusanli(ST 36),Shenshu(BL 23),Geshu(BL 17),and Dazhu(BL 11) were used in the Shuanggu Yitong group.The electro-acupuncture therapy lasted for 12 weeks.Then these rats were killed and the bone biochemical index of the left femur and the third vertebrae of these rats were detected.Results The bone biomechanics of rats in regular acupoints applying group,Shuanggu group,and Yitong group increased compared with the control group(P<0.05).The bone biomechanics of rats in Shuanggu Yitong group increased significantly(P<0.01).The bone biomechanics of rats in Shuanggu Yitong group significantly increased compared to those in regular acupoints applying group,Shuanggu group,and Yitong group(P<0.05).There were no significant difference among the bone biomechanics of rats in regular acupoints applying group,Shuanggu group,Yitong group(P>0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture can improve or recover bone biomechanics of postmenopausal osteoporosis rats to a certain degree,and "Shuanggu Yitong" acupuncture therapy is superior to other regular acupoints in applying acupuncture therapy.
