喉癌组织中Survivin和VEGF的表达及其临床意义

目的研究喉癌组织中Survivin和血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)的表达与喉癌的临床分期、病理分级及与淋巴结转移的关系,并探讨其二者的相关性。方法采用免疫组化S-P法对72例喉癌组织及10例喉正常黏膜组织中Survivin和VEGF的表达进行测定。结果Survivin和VEGF在喉癌组织中的阳性表达均高于喉正常黏膜组织(P<0.05);Survivin和VEGF的表达与喉癌组织的临床分期、病理分级及淋巴结转移有关(P<0.0 5),但与患者的年龄无关(P>0.05);Survivin和VEGF在喉癌组织的表达呈正相关(rs=0.577,P<0.05)。结论喉癌组织中Sur-vivin和VEGF的表达和喉癌的临床分期、病理分级及淋巴结转移密切相关。

Expression of Survivin and VEGF in laryngeal carcinoma and clinical significance

Objective To study the relation between the expression of Survivin and VEGF with the clinical stages,pathological grades and lymphatic metastasis in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma(LSCC),and to study the correlation between the expression.Methods Expression of Survivin and VEGF was measured with immunohistochemical method in 72 samples of LSCC and 10 of non-carcinoma laryngeal mucosa.Results The expression of Survivin and VEGF in LSCC samples was higher than that in normal laryngeal mucosa(P<0.05).The expression was correlated with the clinical stages,pathological grades and lymphatic metastases in LSCC(P<0.05),but not with the sex and age of the patients.The expression of Survivin was positively correlated with that of VEGF(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of Survivin and VEGF is significantly correlated with the clinical stage,pathological grade and lymphatic metastasis in LSCC.
