| 摘 要： | 目的观察6分钟步行试验(6MWT)在社区老年高血压防治中随心功能改善的变化。方法社区高血压居民按心功能分A、、C、D四组建档并定期进行6MWT检查,进行社区高血压综合干预并观察2年后指标变化。结果高血压社区防控各项指标均明显改善。MWT可以参与社区高血压干预实践并且可以有效评估心功能。随年龄增长,高血压治疗难度越大,评估老年人群的心功能,6MWT数应调整,指标每级别水平降低50米可以更好地反映老年人群心功能状态;6MWT<250米提示预后差。结论社区高血压防治中,可以加6MWT检查有助于更好指导治疗和评估预后。 |

| Abstract: | Objective Evaluate the community feasibility of 6 minutes walk test(6MWT) in the intervention of Hypertension disease Methods a total of 539 elderly hypertension residents of the same community were established files and divided into four groups.All the patients underwent 6MWT measurement and were watched 2 years.Community’s comprehensive intervention measures of Hypertension disease were executed 2 years..Results Blood Pressure was effectively controlled.6MWT can evaluate effectively in cardiac function.When 6MWT<250m,the elderly patient would have a poorer prognosis.Conclusion The popularization of 6MWT is helper for cure and evaluation of Hypertension disease in community intervention. |
