| 摘 要： | 目的观察经尿道电切同期治疗膀胱癌合并前列腺增生的临床疗效。方法回顾我院确诊并行手术治疗的42例膀胱癌合并前列腺增生患者的临床资料,所有患者行电切手术,且在术后立即用20mg丝裂霉素注入膀胱,再予正规膀胱灌注化疗。结果术后所有患者症状明显消失或缓解。临床随诊5年,有5例复发,复发率11.9%,其中一年内复发1例,一年以上复发4例,所有患者均未出现前列腺窝内肿瘤种植。结论膀胱癌合并前列腺增生患者行同期电切治疗是可行的,效果确切,可以减少膀胱内肿瘤细胞种植机会,避免二次手术损伤,缩短住院时间,提高患者的生活质量。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of transurethral resection for simultaneous treatment of bladder cancer with benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods The clinical data of 42 patients were retrospectively analyzed, who were diagnosed as bladder cancer with prostatic hyperplasia and treated with transurethral resection in our hospital.
