孕妇维生素和微量元素状况对胎儿生长发育的影响

目的探讨孕妇维生素和微量元素状况对胎儿生长发育的影响。方法测定180例孕妇（观察组和对照组各90例）产前0～9月食物中维生素A、B族、C、D以及微量元素铁、钙、锌、碘的摄入量以及血清中的含量水平;测定新生儿出生体重、身长、胎龄,并作多元回归分析。结果胎儿宫高与孕妇胎龄和产前血清维生素A水平正相关,新生儿出生体重、身长与孕妇产前血清维生素A和铁含量正相关。结论妊娠期孕妇任何一种维生素及微量元素不足,都会对胎儿的生长发育产生直接的影响。孕妇应坚持合理膳食,均衡营养,保证维生素及微量元素的供给,促进孕妇的身体健康和胎儿的正常生长发育。
