| 摘 要： | 本文对2010年我院670例剖宫产术实例进行分析,深入探讨术后影响产妇母乳喂养的因素。研究认为,产妇术后体位限制、切口疼痛、心理恐惧和障碍,以及轻微生理缺陷等因素是造成母乳喂养困难的主要原因。本文结合临床实践经验与剖宫产术相关理论,提出如下主要护理对策：一是术后专业护理,减轻产妇不适;二是辅助疏通乳腺管,指导喂养技巧;三是注重产妇心理,增强喂乳信心;四是加强知识指导,正确引导产妇。剖宫产术后对产妇合理与及时的护理,可增强产妇母乳喂养的信心,实现剖宫产术后的纯母乳喂养。

| Abstract: | The paper analysed 670 cases of caesarean section in our hospital, and discussed the influencing factors thoroughly. The research believed that the main factors which cause the difficulty of breast-feeding are the limit of body position, incision ache, psychological fear and barrier, slight physiological deficiency and so on.
