妊娠期糖尿病孕妇的新生儿血清胰岛素水平与体质量的关系

目的探讨妊娠期糖尿病（GDM）孕妇的新生儿血清胰岛素水平与出生体质量的关系。方法对38例GDM孕妇的新生儿进行血清胰岛素水平测定，与正常孕妇的新生儿相比较，进行血清胰岛素水平与出生体质量的相关性分析。结果观察组血清胰岛素水平明显高于对照组，有显著差异，观察组血清胰岛素水平与出生体质量的相关系数为γ=0．558，P=0．007。结论GDM孕妇的新生儿生后3d血糖正常后仍存在高胰岛素血症，新生儿的体质量与高胰岛素血症呈显著相关性。

The correlation of gestational diabetes on the level of serum insulin and birth weight of the newborns

Objective To investigate the correlation of the gestational diabetes（GDM） on the level of serum insulin and birth weight of the newborns. Methods Measuring the level of the serum insulin to 38 newborns of GDMs with normal the newborn of pregnant woman compare, analysis the relativity of the level of serum insulin and birth weight. Results Treatment groups serum insulin level obviously higher than the control group. Treatmentgroup set the related coefficient between level and birth weight of the serum insulin is γ=0. 558 ,P = 0. 007. Conclusion The GDM newborn livings 3 days the blood sugar still exists high insulin blood a disease behind normally, closely associated with the high level of serum insuin and birth weight of the newborns.
