| 摘 要： | 目的采用HPLC法测定十三味菥冥丸的含量。方法采用EClipse XDB-C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),柱温25℃,流动相为甲醇-水(3∶97,冰醋酸调pH2.5),流速0.8 mL.min-1,检测波长为270 nm。结果平均加样回收率为99.19%,RSD=1.27%(n=5)。结论所用方法准确、简便、灵敏,可用于十三味菥冥丸的质量控制。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for the determination of gallic acidin Shisanwei Ximing pills.METHODS Eclipse XDB-C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) was used with column temperature of 25 ℃,methanol-water(3∶97,adjusted pH2.5)serving as mobile phase,flow rate of 0.8 mL·min-1,detection wavelength of 270 nm.RESULTS The average recovery was 99.19% with RSD of 1.27%(n = 5).CONCLUSION This method is accurate,simple and sensitive for quality control of the preparation. |
