中西医结合治疗伴蛋白尿IgA肾病40例临床观察

目的　观察中西医结合治疗伴蛋白尿IgA肾病的临床疗效。方法　对照组 40例 ,采用糖皮质激素、雷公藤多甙、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂等治疗 ;治疗组 40例 ,在对照组治疗基础上加用苏蝉地黄汤 ,随证加减。 2组均 3 0日为 1个疗程 ,连续治疗 3个疗程后观察疗效。结果　对照组总有效率 67.5 % ,治疗组总有效率 92 .5 % ,2组比较有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1 )。 2组治疗前后 2 4h尿蛋白定量、尿红细胞数比较均有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论　中西医结合疗法能显著提高伴蛋白尿IgA肾病的疗效。

Clinical observation on 40 patients with IgA nephropathy treated by the combination of TCM and western medicine

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of the combination of TCM and western medicine on IgA nephropathy complicated by proteinuria. Methods 40 patients in control group were treated with glucocorticoids,tripterygium wilfordii polyglucoside ,ACEI and so on; the other 40 patients in treatment group, on the basis of control group, were treated with Suchandihuang decoction,with a treatment course of 30 days for both groups. The therapeutic effects were evaluated after three successive treatment courses. Results The total effective rate was 67.5% in control group and 92.5% in treatment group, there was a significant difference between two groups (P<0.01). There were also significant differences in 24h urinary albumin and erythrocyte number between two groups (P<0.01). Conclusion The combination of TCM and western medicine can increase the therapeutic effect on IgA nephropathy complicated by proteinuria.
