PTEN和MMP-7在直肠癌中的表达及其临床意义

目的探讨磷酸酶基因（PTEN）和MMP-7在直肠癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学的方法检测40例直肠癌组织中PTEN和MMP-7蛋白的表达,并对两者之间的表达进行相关性分析。结果直肠癌组织中PTEN阳性表达为57.5%（23/40）,MMP-7阳性表达75.0%（30/40）;两者阳性表达率与肿瘤的大小、Lauren分型无关（均P〉0.05）,与肿瘤的浸润深度、淋巴结转移、TNM分期及分化程度有关（P〈0.01或P〈0.05）。直肠癌中PTEN和MMP-7表达呈显著负相关（r=-0.3796,P〈0.05）。结论PTEN、MMP-7参与了直肠癌的发展过程,并与直肠癌的部分生物学行为有关,可能成为直肠癌诊断和判断其生物学特性的分子生物学检测指标。

Expressions of PTEN and MMP-7 and Their Clinical significance in Rectal Cancer

Objective To investigate the expressions of PTEN and MMP-7 in human rectal cancer and their clinical significance. Methods The expressions of PTEN and MMP-7 were detected by immunohistochemical in 40 cases with rectal cancer tissue, and the expression correlation was analyzed. Results The expression level of PTEN was significantly decreased in rectal cancer, while MMP-7 expression level was increased （57.5% and 75.0% respectively）. The expression levels of PTEN and MMP-7 were not related with the tumor size,differentiation level and Lauren type（P〉0.05） ,but related closely with the infiltration depth, lymph node metastasis and TNM stage（P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）. There was a negative correlation between the levels of PTEN and MMP-7 in rectal cancer（r=-0. 379 6,P〈0.05）. Conclusion PTEN and MMP-7 expressions may play important roles in the development of rectal cancer, and may be related with partial biological behaviors of cancer. The expressions of PTEN and MMP-7 may serve as important molecularbiological indicators in diagnosing and predicting the biological behavior of rectal cancer.
