左归降糖方治非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病临床研究

左归降糖方系明·张景岳阴阳互济法的代表方左归饮、左归丸化裁组成。用本方治疗３３例非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病，并设对照组２０例对比观察。结果表明：总有效率治疗组为８４．４％，而对照组为６５％，二组比较，差异具有显著性意义（Ｐ＜０．０５）。左归降糖方能够显著改善患者的临床症状，降低血糖，而其作用机理可能与该方降低糖基化产物，提高胰岛素敏感性，从而减轻胰岛素抵抗有关。

Clinical study on NIDDM treated with Zuogui Jiangtang Prescription

Zuo Gui Jiang Tang Fang(ZGJTF) was made up of Zuo Gui Yin and Zuo Gui Wan which were Ming dynasty's famous doctor Zhang Jingyue's recipes.Non-Insulin-Dependent Diabetes Mellitus(NIDDM)treated with ZGJTF were 33 cases,and what treated with Xiao Ke Wan were 20 cases.The result revealed that the total effective rate of the treated group was 84.4%,and that of the control group was 65%,and significant difference existed between the abovementioned two groups(P<0.05).ZGJTF could alleviate significantly patients's symptom,and reduce blood sugar.And this role was realized by reducing glycosylation products,increasing the insulin sensitiveness,and farther reducing insulin resistance.
