FSH治疗特发性少、弱精子症患者的临床观察

摘    要:
目的:观察FSH治疗特发性少、弱精子症患者的临床疗效与对精子DNA碎片化的影响。方法:将93例诊断为特发性少、弱精子症的患者根据数字表法随机分为两组,治疗组47例肌肉注射FSH75IU,qod;对照组46例口服维生素C0.1g,tid。分别治疗3个月,观察治疗前后两组精液参数及其精子DNA碎片的变化。结果:治疗组精子浓度、精子活动力和精子DNA碎片化指数明显优于对照组(P〈0.05);治疗组精子活率与对照组无明显统计学差异(P〉0.05)。结论:FSH能够明显提高特发性少、弱精子症患者的精液参数,机制可能是通过改善精子DNA碎片化指数。

Abstract:
Objectives: To observe the changes of semen parameter and sperm DNA fragmentation indexes of patients with idiopathic ohgospermia and asthenospermia after being treated with FSH. Methods : Ninety - three patients with idiopathic oligo-spermia and asthenospermia were derided into two groups randomly. Forty - seven patients in the treatment group were injected with FSH, 75IU, qod, while 46 patients in the control group took vitamin C orally, 0. lg, tid. After three months, we observed the changes of semen parameters and sperm DNA fragmentation indexes of the patients in both groups. Results: The sperm motility, sperm concentration and sperm DNA fragmentation indexes in treatment group were higher than those in control group (P 〈 0. 05 ). The survival rate had no significantly difference between the two groups ( P 〉 0. 05). Conclusion: FSH can significantly improve the semen parameters of patients with idiopathic oligospermia and asthenospermia. The mechanism is likely to lie in the improvement of sperm DNA fragmentation indexes.
