电化学治疗晚期食管癌严重梗阻166例

（目的）研究电化学治疗食管癌梗阻的可能性。（方法）利用我国研制的铂金导管电极在X线监测下准确地插入食管癌梗阻部位，分别将阴阳电极连接在电化学治癌仪上进行通电治疗。按病变的长短给予合适的治疗电量。（结果）治疗166例，完全缓解（CR）23．5％，部分缓解（PR）52．4％，有效率为75．9％（CR＋PR）。NC、PD为无效占24．1％。1、3、5年生存率分别为75.9％、23．5％和7．8％。（结论）该方法简便易行，安全有效，创伤小，恢复快，为进一步采用手术或放化疗等综合治疗创造有力条件。

Electrochemical Therapy for 166 Cases of Advanced Esophageal Carcinoma with Sever Dysphagia

[Purpose] To invastigate the possibility about electrochemical therapy for dysphagia of esophageal carcinoma.[Method] Platinum electrodes were inserted accurately into the area obstructed by esophageal carcinoma under X-ray supervision.Cathodes and anodes were contacted with the instrument of electrochemical therapy. The electric dosage was given according to thelength of carcinorna. [Results] 23. 5% of CR and 52. 4% of PR. The achieved overall response rate(CR and PR) was 75. 9 %. NCand PD were 24. 1%. Survival rate in 1 year, 3 years and 5 years was 75. 9%, 23. 5% and 7. 8%, respectively. [Conclusion]Good clinical response were obtained from electrochemical therapy for sever dysphagia in advanced esophageal carcinonu. Themethed is simple, safe, less in vasive and quick.
