经支气管镜灌洗痰热清注射液治疗支气管扩张症的临床观察

目的 观察经支气管镜灌洗痰热清注射液治疗支气管扩张症（痰热郁肺）的临床疗效.方法 将60例支气管扩张症患者随机分为治疗组31例和对照组29例,对照组在常规基础治疗上加用0.9％氯化钠注射液进行支气管肺泡灌洗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用痰热清注射液进行支气管灌洗,观察两组的临床疗效.结果 两组患者治疗后中医证候积分、外周血白细胞计数、中性粒细胞比值均下降（P＜0.05）,治疗组治疗前后痰质与痰量及喘息症状积分、外周血白细胞计数、中性粒细胞比值差值及痰液细菌培养阳性率较对照组明显下降（P＜0.05）.结论 应用痰热清注射液进行支气管肺泡灌洗治疗支气管扩张患者的临床疗效优于单纯应用0.9％氯化钠注射液灌洗者.

Clinical Study of Tanreqing Injection Treating Bronchiectasis Through Bronchoalveolar Lavage

Objective： To evaluate the effects of bronchoalveolar lavage with Tanreqing Injection treating bronchiectasis. Methods： 60 cases of bronchiectasis were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. Control group were received basic treament conventionally combined with bronchoalveolar lavage with saline,treatment group were received control group＇s treatment combined with Tanreqing Injection through bronchoalveolar lavage, the effect of two groups were investigated. Results： TCM syndrome scores ,leukocyte count, the ratio of neutrophil of two group decreased（P〈 0.05）;the differentials of sputum and dyspnea syndrome scores, the number of leukocyte, the ratio of neutrophil and the positive rate of sputum bacteria culture of treatment group less than pre-treatment, which did better than those of control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： the effects of Tanreqing Injection treat bronchiectasis through bronchoalveolar lavage better than with saline.
