针刺结合心理干预对脑卒中后抑郁状态患者情绪的影响

目的 观察针刺结合心理干预对脑卒中后抑郁状态患者情绪的影响.方法 将90例脑卒中后抑郁状态（PSD）患者随机分为两组,每组各45例.对照组给予卒中基础治疗和抗抑郁治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用针刺治疗和心理干预.疗程均为4周.结果 两组患者的HAMD评分较治疗前均明显降低（P＜0.05）,治疗组积分降低更加明显（P＜0.05）.抗抑郁疗效比较,治疗组总有效率为91.11％,明显高于对照的68.89％（P＜0.05）.结论 针刺结合心理干预治疗PSD,能较好的稳定患者情绪,使其积极配合治疗,可促进患者躯体功能的恢复和生活质量的提高.

Acupuncture combined with Psychological Intervention in Patients with Depression after Stroke

Objective： To observe the aupuncture combined with psychological intervention on depression after cerebral apoplexy patients with depression. Methods： 90 patients with PSD were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 45 eases in each group. Treatment group was given acupuncture treatment and psychological intervention in the foundation treatment of stroke and antidepressant treatment. The control group was given basic stroke therapy and antidepressant treatment. Hamilton depression rating scale （HAMD） scores of two groups were compared before treatment and 4 weeks after treatment respectively. Results： 4 weeks after treatment,HAMD scores of two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment （P〈0.05）. In the antidepressant effect comparison, the total effective rate of the treatment group （91.11% ） was significantly higher than that of the control group （68.89%）（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： It is effective of the acupuncture combined with psychological intervention in the treatment of PSD. It will further promote patients body function recovery and the improvement of quality of life.
