中医药治疗类风湿关节炎用药规律的文献研究

目的 探究中医药治疗类风湿关节炎的用药规律,总结中医各家的治疗思路和用药特色.方法 根据纳入和排除标准,选取近10年来收录于中国期刊全文数据库（CNKI）的相关文献,统计分析所使用的药物.结果 筛选出277篇文献,共计186味中药,累积使用频次为7762味次.其中39味中药使用频率在1％以上,为常用中药;药物种类共18类,其中前7类占90.16％;药性以温、寒、平为主,累积频率为92.89％;药味以辛、苦、甘为主,累积频率达86.53％; 27味虫类药,合计频次763味次,为全部中药的9.83％.结论 补虚药、祛风湿药、活血化瘀药、清热药、解表药、平肝息风药、利水渗湿药这7类中药在类风湿关节炎治疗中占主导地位,符合传统中医理论对类风湿关节炎病因病机的认识,反映了现代临床医家对类风湿关节炎的治疗理念.四气五味理论的活用、对虫类药物的重视,更体现出了中医药的特色,为临床治疗类风湿关节炎提供了合理的理论参考.

Literature Research of Chinese Medicine on Rheumatoid Arthritis

Objective： To explore the drug law of Chinese medicine treatment on rheumatoid arthritis,and to sum up the treatment thoughts and medication characteristics. Methods： According to the into-standard and out-standard,pertinent literatures included in CNKI over the recent ten years were selected,then statistical analysis of the use of drugs were made. Results： We screened out 277 articles,totaling 186 traditional Chinese medicine, and itls cumulative frequency usage is 7762 times. Those grugs whose frequency was more than 1% were considered as commonly used traditional Chinese medicine. Drug kinds were 18 categories, and the top seven categories account for 90.16%. Warm,cold and flat are primary drug properties,accounting for 92.89%. Essien,bitter and sweet are primary drug tastes,accounting for 86.53%. There were 27 insect drugs,and it＇s cumulative frequency usage is 7762 times,accounting for 9.83%. Conclusion： Complement virtual medicine,wet removing medicine ,invigorating blood circulation and eliminating stasis medicine,heat-clearing drugs, relieving exterior factors medicine, flatting liver and calming down Feng medicine,water-removing and damp-clearing medicine are primary drugs in treating RA. The use of the theory of four properties and five flavors, and the great attention on insect drugs provide unique and reasonable theory reference for clinical treatment of RA.
