软组织良恶性肿瘤的MRI鉴别诊断

目的: 探讨MRI鉴别诊断软组织良恶性肿瘤的价值.材料和方法: 回顾性分析本院经手术病理确诊的23例软组织肿瘤的大小、边缘、瘤周水肿、骨骼及神经血管束的侵犯、肌包膜关系以及不同序列的信号特点及其相互之间的变化特征,并探讨这些征象在鉴别诊断中的价值.结果: 18例良性肿瘤通过MRI表现特征可以做出正确的诊断,4例恶性肿瘤可以从良性肿瘤中鉴别出来,但是在判断其组织起源时,恶性肿瘤受到限制.结论: MRI在鉴别诊断软组织肿瘤中有重要的价值.

MRI Differential Diagnosis in Soft Tissue Benign and Malignant Tumors

Purpose: To investigate the value of MRI in the differential diagnosis of soft tissue benign and malignant tumors. Materials and Methods: Twenty-three cases with histopathologically proved soft tissue tumors were retrospectively studied. MR images were evaluated with regard to the lesion size, border definition, perilesion edema, neurovascular bundle and bone invasion, muscular capsule relationship, signal intensity homogeneity, and the change patterns on different sequences. Their value in the differential diagnosis was also elucidated. Results: Eighteen cases of benign tumors could be correctly diagnosed by their morphological features, 4 cases of malignant soft tissue tumors could be differentiated from benign ones but is hard for the histological origin diagnosis. Conclusion: MRI has a great value in the differential diagnosis of soft tissue tumors.
