| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨年龄小于14岁的少年、儿童垂体腺瘤的诊断及其经蝶窦显微外科于术治疗。方法 本组21例，其中垂体ACTH腺瘤11例，PRL腺瘤4例，GH腺瘤3例，无功能腺瘤3例。均行经蝶窦显微外科垂体腺瘤切除术。结果 随诊1～10年，治愈76．2％、缓解14．3％，复发9．5％。结论 经蝶窦垂体腺瘤切除术是治疗儿童垂体腺瘤的最佳方法。少年儿童垂体腺瘤以ACTH腺瘤最多见，除GH腺瘤以外多有发育迟缓，女性多有闭经或月经紊乱。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the diagnosis and surgical treatment in children with pituitary tumors under14years old.Methods 21children under14years old with pituitary tumors were performed transsphenoidal microsurgery.12were diagnosed as adrenocorticotropic hormone-releasing adenomas(Cushing's diseases),4prolactinomas,3were growth hormone-releasing adenomas,2nonactive pituitary adenomas.Postoperative complications include polyuria in7cases and disorder confused electrolyte balances in8cases.Results Postoperative follow-up were1to10yearsinallthepatients.Thecurerateinthisserieswas76.2%,emissionratewas14.3%andrecurrencerate9.5%.Conclusion The trannsphenoidalmicrosurgeryis safeandsuccessfulfor pituitarytumorsin children.Pituitaryadnomasin childrenaremostlikelypituitary ACTH-releasingmicroadenomas.Growtharrestis commoninchildrenwithpituitaryadenomasexceptof pituitaryGHadenomasandprimary amenorrheaor menorrheadisorderarecommoninfemales. |
