| 摘 要： | 目的:通过研究软性角膜接触镜(SCL)的长期配戴(>5年)及连续超时(>12小时)配戴与正常人之间眼表泪膜的差异,探讨SCL长期及延长配戴对眼表泪膜的影响及可能机制.方法:对35人,70眼正常对照组和99人,198眼病例组除采用泪膜破裂时间(TBUT)、角膜荧光素染色(FLS)试验、基础泪液分泌试验(Schirmer Ⅰ test)等检查方法.依据SCL戴镜时间或持续延长配戴时间将SCL戴镜者各区分为3组.比较分析正常对照组和SCL组的差异.结果:TBUT、SchirmerⅠ test、FLS与正常对照组间差异显著.SCL区组间各依据指标也存在明显差异.结论:长期及延长配戴软性角膜接触镜是引起泪膜功能下降、角膜上皮损伤.
